So far so good! I have been sticking to the diet almost 100%, which that alone has to help. I am definitely noticing a differnce. I love the Spark. I am excited for the next few days and really excited for the 14 day Max Pack!

What differences are you noticing....? I noticed I had more energy even with the reduction in calorie intake... I noticed that I wasn't always looking for a snack...
ReplyDeleteDay 3 was hard for me. More temptations and sitting in front of a monitor all day gets boring and I want to snack. I've stuck to the plan though and will take it day by day I guess.
